We don’t know whether to high-five this woman or give her a clip over the ear!
Like any good sibling Kat Armendariz was right by her sister’s side when she went into labour.
Holding her hand and, you know, doing general sister duties, the mum-of-five, decided that they needed a photo to mark the very special occasion.
However, we’re not quite sure we would want someone to commemorate the event exactly quite like the way Kat does.
Although it is a good one.
The loving sister (although we’re not quite sure that is the right word…) decided that the best way to remember the day was with a photo.
Pretty normal, right?
Well, no.
The photographer decided to take a selfie. While Kimberly was in a lot of pain. And then post it on imgur.
Apparently, Kim is not mad at all about the photo.

Talking to Mashable, Kat said: "She wasn't in too much pain at first, so she thought it was pretty funny.
"I told her I was going to do it, she just started the oxytocin and the labour pains began almost instantly.
"She started to feel it and right when she was like, 'Oh my god I can't take this,' I took the photo."
We would totally hang this photo on our kitchen wall.
Best. Sister. Ever.
