When should I start using anti-aging products?

Ageing is an inevitable process. However, what we often forget is that prevention is better than cure and when it comes to our skin, we can prevent premature ageing from a young age.

In your 20s, the main goal towards anti-ageing should be damage prevention. Therefore, you should look for anti-ageing products containing at least SPF 15 and a hydrating moisturiser. Mummypages recommends: Lancome Visible Smoothing Renewing Moisturiser SPF 15.

In your 30s, skin begins to lose firmness. Therefore it is important for your anti-ageing products to contain a firming serum along with a hydrating moisturiser and SPF. Mummypages recommends: Lancome Rénergie Multi-Lift SPF 15.

At 40, the skin begins to lose its soft and supple feel due to lack of hydration. Therefore, our goal is to slow down the aging process by recovering the tone and moisture that has been lost naturally. It is also suggested to tackle problem areas where fine lines and wrinkles have appeared.

Mummypages recommends: Lancome Advanced Regenerating and Reconstructing Cream SPF 15.
