Following her nuptials to her boyfriend of two years, Julian Okines, in April, Amanda Byram has said that she wants to start a family and hopes that it happens soon.

The 42-year-old, who co-presented BBC One’s Total Wipeout with Richard Hammond, has, however, revealed that she is not actively trying for a baby with Julian right now, but does want it to happen.

“I hope we have kids. I do. I always say you can’t really plan that kind of stuff, and even if you try, you can’t,” she told the Diary.

Commenting on what kind of mum she would be, the presenter said: “I have no idea what kind of mum I would be. I don’t think you can know that until you actually get into that situation.”

“You always anticipate you will be one way and then you’ll be another way. I will have to wait and see.”

Amanda, who sold her wedding photos to Hello! magazine, has only been married to Julian for a few months, and if her Instagram is anything to go by, she is clearly loving being a wife!
