It is a fact that kids adore baking, as it is a fun and delicious activity for all involved.
We seriously recommend that you give this white chocolate snowball recipe a whirl!
What you'll need:
100g white chocolate
50g butter
200g madeira cake
Topping
200g white chocolate
125g desiccated coconut
What you'll do:
Melt together the white chocolate and butter.
Cut the madeira cake into pieces and blitz in a food processor until it resembles breadcrumbs.
Add the cake crumbs to the melted white chocolate and mix together well.
Roll the mix into balls with your hands.
Chill for one hour.
Melt the rest of the white chocolate.
Cover the cake balls in the melted chocolate and roll in the desiccated coconut.
Eat and ENJOY!
