Baby showers are the ultimate lead up to the big day of bringing your newborn baby into the world.
Friends and family arrive to celebrate and eat copious amounts of cake; oh the endless cake.
But would you eat the cake if it looked like this?
Hana Cakes, made a diaper cake for her sister's baby shower, but with a twist.
The diaper also had a trail of poo sliding down the side of the cake, and well people were not impressed!
Hana's sister is the mum of three boys, who at one stage were all wearing nappies at the same time, with the cake supposed to be posing as a joke.
Nonetheless people felt the cake was extremely inappropriate, with users on MumsNet claiming it was 'odd', 'unappetising' and 'repugnant'.
Now, maybe we're mad or just delusional since we found out the poo is actually a melted milkyway bar, but we think it is funny in light of the situation.
As a parent, we're well aware of the endless dirty nappies we're going to change over time - are we mad to think this is OK?
