An ultrascan image has captured an unborn baby with their feet OUTSIDE of his mum's uterus - and it looks just as COOL as it sounds!
And the reason? A small tear in the uterus which doubled in size over time.
Discovered when the mum was 22 weeks pregnant, it is being described as an extremely rare case by experts in the New England Journal of Medicine.

Mum and Dad decided to proceed with the pregnancy after the tear was first spotted, and were closely monitored.
However, by week 30, the tear had increased in size from from 2.5 to 5 cm and doctors decided to deliver the baby by caesarean.
Thankfully, both the mum, who was discharged from hospital five days after the tear was repaired, and baby are said to be doing well.
Well, that is one scan that DEFINITELY deserves the centre of the mantelpiece.
