Morning sickness
This is often how women realise they may be pregnant! It can last up to 3 months, some women may suffer from it for a little longer, or someone women may be lucky enough not to feel nausous at all! Morning sickness has been known to last throughout the day too.  Eating small meals more often can help, as your stomach is never completely empty or too full. Eating ginger can help: some women keep some ginger biscuits beside their beds so they can eat some first thing in the morning. Partners can help this situation by vacating the bathroom immediatly when needed!
