Mamas really are the masters of multitasking – even when they're about to give birth!
A mum-in-waiting decided to get a bit of beauty maintenance done while waiting for her C-section, and we say good for her!
Aussie beauty blogger Mollie Harwood, who blogs under the name Mollie Makeup, found waiting around in hospital to be fit in for her C-section a pain in the bum – so she decided to take a stroll to occupy herself.
And when she came across a beauty salon on site, she remembered she hadn’t done one important part of her beauty routine – tinted her eyebrows. So basically just about ready to pop, she hopped up onto the beauticians chair and decided to get them done.
The down-to-earth blogger recorded the experience as she sat in the chair, thick dye sitting on her brows.
“So yeah, there you go, “she says with a smile. “I’m going to have nice dark eyebrows for my photo with baby, which hopefully f****** happens today!”
We totally know where she’s coming from – brows are damn important. Sure they frame the face doncha know?
Commenters got a kick from Mollie’s antics, with many commenting on her realness.
“You are so funny,” said one. “I love that you are just being you and not really giving two hoots. Good luck & hope it's happening now.”
While another added you make me laugh so funny and real in the moment ... Good luck honey sending lots of love and light And eyebrows!”
While one commenter didn’t seem to realise that the dye was still on Mollie’s eyebrows and hadn’t been washed off yet:
“That will scare the baby for sure. Go back for a refund,” said the caustic commenter
“Ummmm babe the dye was on....they didn't turn out this way...!” Mollie responded good-naturedly.
Not long after her brow powwow Mollie gave birth to a gorgeous baby girl called Bronte. BIG congrats!
