A great delicious dinnner to prepare quickly.

4 chicken breasts

3 tbsp pesto

Baby pototoes

Salt and pepper to season

Preheat oven to 180°C/ 350°F/ gas 4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Put the chicken onto a clean surface and cover with the pesto.

Place in the baking tray and place in the oven for 30 minutes or until the juices run clear.

In the meantime, boil th baby potatoes. When tender season with salt and pepper.

Serve the potatoes with the chicken.
