American BBQ pulled chicken sandwiches
This pulled chicken recipe inspired by the South will give pulled pork a run for its money.
 

120ml apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 ½ tsp salt

1½ tsp hot chilli sauce

½ tsp black pepper

515g boneless, skinless chicken fillets

Buns of choice and coleslaw for serving

Combine the vinegar, brown sugar, salt, chilli sauce, and black pepper in the slow cooker. Add the chicken.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Just before serving, shred chicken (with two forks) and mix into the sauce to coat thoroughly.

Serve on buns with coleslaw if you like.
