Beef Koftas with garden salad

So simple to make, yet delicious.
800g minced beef
1 onion, grated
2 cloves of garlic crushed
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp ground cumin.
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
8 wooden kebabs soaked in water
Couscous, lettuce, sliced avocado and tomatoes to serve
1 lemon quartered to garnish
Preheat the grill to a medium temperature.
In a large bowl, combine the minced beef, onion, garlic, chilli flakes, coriander and egg together.
Use your hands to roll the mince mix into 8 thick kofta shapes.
Push the skewers into the koftas and place in the fridge for an hour.
Remove from fridge and lightly coat the oil. Place under the grill for 10 minutes until brown nd cooked through.
Serve on a bed of couscous, lettuce, avocado and tomatoes.
Garnish with lemon.
