Cajun and coriander chicken skewers

A fun way to serve chicken to the kids, these chicken skewers are also great for serving as a finger food at parties.
Cajun spice
Ground Coriander
Garam Masala
Dried Basil
Olive oil
4 Chicken Fillets
Soak some wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before use to prevent them from burning
Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas 4
Cut up some chicken fillets into cubes
Place 5 cubes of chicken on each skewer by sticking the skewer through the middle of each cube of chicken
Lightly coat each side of the chicken skewers with olive oil
Season each side of the chicken skewers with cajun spice, ground coriander, a pinch of garam masala and a small shake of basil
Cook for 35 – 40 minutes, turning the skewers ever 10 – 12 minutes
