Use Jus-Rol Vol-au-Vent to give another really quick way to make mince pies
12 Jus-Rol Pastry Cases (Party Size) Thawed
12tsp mincemeat filling
6tsp cranberry sauce either homemade or bought [use whatever is left from Christmas Dinner]
Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C for fan assisted ovens) / Gas Mark 7.
Bake off cases as instructed in pack, brushing with beaten egg white. Two minutes before they are ready, remove from oven, brush again and sprinkle with caster sugar, return to oven to set.
Fill with mincemeat and cranberry sauce and pop back into oven to heat through.
