Cheese and tomato melt

This is a delicious recipe and is great for using up slightly stale bread. You can melt the tomatoes with the cheese or simply pop them on top after.
4 slices thick sliced bread
2 tbsp butter
150g mozzarella cheese, grated
2 beef tomatoes, sliced
Preheat the oven to 180°C/ 350°F/ gas 4.
Spread each slice of bread with the butter.
Sprinkle the cheese on top and layer a couple of tomatoes onto each slice.
Place in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
Cut the bread in half and serve.
