Cheesy Brussels sprouts
There is something about Brussels sprouts that reminds you of your own mother's cooking.

400g frozen brussels sprouts

2 tbsp water

2 tbsp butter, melted

200g cheddar cheese

80g bread crumbs

Salt and pepper to season.

Place the Brussels sprouts in a microwavable bowl and add the water. Place in the microwave for 6 minutes until tender.

While the sprouts are cooking, gently melt the butter in a frying pan over a medium temperature.

When ready, add the sprouts coating them in the butter.

Sprinkle the cheese on top and add the breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook until the cheese is melted about 10 minutes.

Leave to cool slightly before serving.
