Chocolate cherry clusters
Delicious with coffee, after dinner. These after dinner chocolate treats are definitely for adults only!
100g Mortimer Dark Chocolate Powder
20g butter
50g glacé cherries
50g raisins
1 tablespoon cherry brandy
You will need sweet paper cases
Chop the glacé cherries into eighths. Place the cherries and raisins in a small bowl and add the cherry brandy. Leave for 1 hour to allow the fruit to soak up the brandy.
In a small saucepan melt the butter over a low heat. Add the chocolate powder, stir until melted and remove from the heat. Add the cherries and raisins and mix in well.
Take a heaped teaspoon of the mixture and place in a paper case. Repeat until all the mixture is used. Leave to set in a cool place, or the fridge.
