Ingredients: 50g butter; 4 tbsp golden syrup; 100g dark chocolate; 75g cornflakes

50g butter

4 tbsp golden syrup

100g dark chocolate

75g cornflakes

Heat a small heavy pan. Pour the butter, syrup and chocolate and let everything melt. Add the cornflakes and stir well.

Butter a baking sheet. Drop large spoonfuls of the chocolate-cornflakes mixture on the baking sheet. Place in the refrigerator to let the clusters harden.
