Classic oven wedges

These are just like chips but a little more filling.
6 potatoes, cleaned with skin on
1 tsp salt
1 onion, finely diced
1 tsp rosemary
3 tbsp olive oil
Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F / Gas Mark 6. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Cut your potatoes into large wedge shapes, leaving the skin on.
Place them into a pot of boiling water and cook until tender, about six minutes. Don’t allow them to get soft.
Remove and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine your salt, onion and rosemary together. Add in your potatoes, ensuring they are fully coated with the mix.
Lay the potatoes onto the baking tray and sprinkle the oil on top.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, or until lightly golden.
