Crab ravioli
Try this amazing ravioli for two with creamy sauce and sweet crab. 

200g ravioli

100g crab meat, from fish monger

½ lemon, zested and juiced

Pinch saffron

50g butter

Cook the pasta according to the instructions, drain and set aside.

Mix the crab meat with the lemon zest and saffron.

In a frying pan, melt the butter, add the drained ravioli, the crab mixture then the lemon juice and swirl to mix.

Serve immediately.
