Easy beef burritos
Beef burrittos are so versatile and you can add in any ingredients you like. 

2 tbsp olive oil

1 red onion, finely cut

500g minced beef

1 tsp chilli flakes

1 yellow pepper, finely cut

4 tbsp tomato paste

200g kidney beans, drained, rinsed and halved

4 seeded tortillas

4 tbsp sour cream

Preheat your oven to 180°C/ 350°F/ gas 4

 Heat the oil in a large pan on a medium temperature and fry the onion for 2-3 minutes until soft. Add the beef and cook for a further 8 mins.

Add the chilli flakes, pepper, tomato paste and kidney beans. Reduce the temperature and leave on the heat for 10 minutes.

Warm the tortillas in the oven for about 3 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Spoon 1 tbsp of sour cream onto each of your wraps, top with the beef mix and fold over.
