Edible plasters

Siobhan Berry, owner of www.mummycooks.ie, shares a recipe that is great fun to make and looks scarily like the real deal - especially if you put a box of plasters on the table with them!

Crackers
Cream Cheese
Strawberry jam, or red pesto if you prefer

There is very little involved in putting these together, and they look as if you were there for hours!

Place a square of cream cheese in the middle of each cracker and then a small spoon of strawberry jam for the “blood” – it really couldn’t be any simpler!
