Gluten-free chocolate truffles

Delicious gluten free chocolate sweets for the sweet tooth.
170g dates, stones removed
70g cashew nuts
Unsweetened cocoa or cacao powder to dust
In a food processor mix the dates and the nuts until smooth.
Using your hands, form the mixture into balls and refrigerate until firm.
When cooled, roll the balls in the cocoa or cacao powder.
