2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1-2 tbsp milk

Icing:

Ready to roll icing

Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas 4

Place butter, flour, caster sugar and eggs in a large bowl and mix until well combined.

Add in the vanilla and milk and mix a little to combine.

Spoon into the 12 bun cases.

Cook for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.

Remove from oven and allow to cool fully on wire rack.

'Spider Webs' are topped with a circle of ready roll icing decorated with black writing icing and smarties for eyes.

The 'blood shot eyes' are also a circle of ready roll icing (use a cup to cut these out), stick a jelly ring in the middle with a Smartie for a pupil and draw squiggly red lines with writing icing.

The 'Mummies' (my favourite) are strips of ready roll icing and beedie red Smarties for eyes.
