Halloween chocolate mud pots

These easy, soya puds are great for kids - they'll love the scary apricot and marshmallow pumpkin and ghost faces!
2 portions chocolate-flavoured soya dessert
8 ready-to-eat dried apricots
8 white marshmallows
Spoon the soya desserts into four small glasses.
Use a small sharp knife to cut out triangular eyes and a mouth in the apricot (as you would carve a pumpkin face).
Use a cocktail stick to make two eyeholes in the marshmallow, then thread it and the apricot pumpkin face onto the stick and lay across the top of the chocolate dessert.
