Halloween smarties balls

In a large sauce pan melt the butter. Once melted reduce heat and add the marshmallows. Stir until they are melted, add the rice crispies and remove from the heat. Using a spoon or ice cream scoop, divide out 12 scoops onto grease proof paper, allow to cool slightly and roll into balls.

In the microwave melt the chocolate in a microwave safe dish, stirring until smooth.

Once the rice crispies have set spread chocolate on the top of the balls, and sprinke with Smarties minis.
