Simple salmon dish which is full of healthy omega-3 fats essential for good health.
85g maple syrup
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
¼ tsp garlic salt
Pinch of ground black pepper
450g salmon
In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup, soy sauce, minced garlic, garlic salt and pepper.
Place salmon into an ovenproof baking dish.
Pour over the maple sauce, cover with cling film and place into the fridge to marinate for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas 6.
Place the baking dish into the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Serve with some rice and vegetables.
