Old school prawn cocktail

Embrace the kitschness of this retro starter, it's really quite good.

Rocket leaves

300g cooked, peeed prawns

lemon juice

4 tbsp mayonnaise

4 tbsp tomato ketchup

Worcestershire sauce

Tabasco sauce

lemon slices, to decorate

8 cherry tomatoes

Place the rocket in the bottom of 4 glasses, divide the prawns between each glass and add a squeeze of lemon juice.

Mix the mayonnaise and tomato ketchup with 2 good dashes of Worcestershire sauce, and a couple of dashes of Tabasco, add more lemon juice and a good shake of black pepper, then pour over the prawns. Add a cherry tomato or two to each glass and finish by garnishing with a slice of lemon.
