Crush the Oreos into a fine crumb. You can do this by placing the biscuits into a plastic bag and crushing them with a rolling pin. Keep going until they are a fine crumb.
Pour the crumbs into a large bowl and add the cream cheese. Mix until they are blended well.
Place in the fridge for 40 minutes.
Once cooled you can remove the mix from the fridge and roll into small balls.
Insert a lollipop stick into each ball.
Place the milk chocolate into a bowl and melt over a pot of boiling water.
Dip the chocolate balls into the melted chocolate and top with your various sprinkles.
Return to fridge for 15 minutes before serving.
