Penne with chorizo, cannellini and kale recipe

Pasta of choice (enough for 4)
1 chorizo sausage, diced
Olive oil
250g kale
1 tin of cannellini beans
200ml chicken stock
80g toasted pine nuts
80g Parmesan, grated
Sundried or cherry tomatoes
Cook pasta according to instructions on packet.
Heat some olive oil in a frying pan over medium high heat. When hot, add the chorizo and cook for about 5 minutes.
Add the kale and beans into the frying pan. Pour the chicken broth in, cover, and cook for about 10 minutes, or until the kale is wilted and tender.
Mix the kale, sausage, nuts, cheese, and reserved pasta water into the cooked pasta. Top with tomatoes and extra Parmesan if desired.
