Simple to prepare and packed with amazing flavour.
375g peeled prawns
150g butter
Pinch cayenne pepper
Ground black pepper
Crusty bread, to serve
Divide the prawns between 6 individual ramekin dishes and melt the butter over a low heat.
Add the cayenne and ground black pepper then pour over the prawns.
Place the ramekins in the fridge to set, and serve with crusty bread.
