Spicy prawn cocktail salad

Nothing beats a delicious prawn cocktail, this one has a spicy kick to add a little interest to this lovely starter.
1 small head of lettuce, finely shredded
Large handful of watercress, shredded
260g king prawns, cooked and shelled
1 ripe mango, peeled and thinly chopped
1 avocado, peeled, stoned and roughly chopped
For the sauce
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
Juice of 3 limes
1 medium red chilli, finely chopped (remove the seeds if you like it milder)
In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise, ketchup and the juice of two limes and mix well.
Add the finely chopped chilli and mix again then set aside.
Divide the shredded lettuce and watercress evenly between four large glasses.
Add a layer of prawns in each then a large dollop of the sauce.
Scatter in the chopped avocado and mango, being sure to divide it evenly between the glasses.
Finish with another layer of the shredded lettuce and watercress and top with another dollop of the sauce.
Top with some mango for decoration and serve.
