Quick meatball stew

This quick meatball stew is ready in minutes and is a real crowd pleaser!
2 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped into cubes
1 tbsp olive oil
250g lean beef meatballs
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tbsp rosemary, chopped
560g jar of passata
200g frozen peas
Parmesan shavings/ grated cheddar to serve
Boil potatoes for 10 minutes until soft. In the meantime, heat the oil in a large saucepan.
Add seasoning to the meatballs and brown all over for about 8 minutes.
Remove from the pan, drain any excess fat and then add the onion, garlic and rosemary.
Fry on a low heat for five minutes and add the passata. Simmer and tip in the meatballs, simmering gently for about 5 minutes until cooked through.
Add in the peas and potatoes and simmer for a further minute. Garnish with a sprinkling of parmesan and eat with crusty bread.

If you can't find passata then a tin of chopped tomatoes works well too.
