Roasted rosemary vegetables
Tasty roast vegetables with very little effort.

450g frozen roasting vegetables

2 tbsp olive oil

5-6 sprigs of fresh rosemary, chopped

1 tbsp sea salt

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, ensuring the vegetables are thoroughly coated.

Roast in the oven for 25-35 minutes until tender and golden.
