Rocky road bites
150g digestive biscuits (broken into small pieces)
150g raisins
150g mini marshmallows
100g mini Smarties
50g mini Smarties to decorate
Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water on the stove.
Once melted, mix in the rest of the ingredients.
Drop spoons onto a baking tray covered in greaseproof paper.
Decorate with some extra Smarties.
Allow to cool and devour.
