Rolled beef with cheese and herbs

Trim the steak, cut into eight pieces and flatten with a meat mallet to about 10cm square.

Combine the cheese with the herbs and spread over the steak pieces. Roll them up and hold them together using a toothpick.

Season the flour with salt and pepper and use it to lightly coat the steak.

In a frying pan, heat the butter and oil over high heat. Add rolls and cook until browned.

Remove the rolls and cover with foil to keep warm.

Serve with potatoes and cherry tomatoes.
