Salmon rolls

These salmon rolls are a delicious starter if you are entertaining.
400g sushi rice
3 sheets nori squares
1 tsp wasabi paste
200g fresh salmon fillet
Half avocado, sliced
Soy sauce for serving
Cook the rice according to packet instruction. Drain and leave to cool.
Place each square of nori onto a flat surface
Place a layer of cooled sushi rice onto the seaweed wrap and gently press flat.
Divide the wasabi paste evenly between each roll. Place a thin strip of salmon into each roll and top with 1 small slice of avocado.
Carefully roll the sushi up and slice. You should get about 5 rolls per wrap.
Serve with soy sauce.
