Savoury cheese scones

Lovely savoury scone, perfect picnic food.
225g self raising flour
60g butter
Pinch of salt
30g grated cheese
50 onion, sauteed in butter
150ml milk
Rub butter into flour until it begins to resemble rough breadcrumbs.
Add salt, grated cheese and sauteed onion, mix together.
Pour in milk, knead gently and roll out to 2cm tickness.
Cut into small rounds.
Place on a baking tray and bake at 220°c/425°F/Gas mark 7 for 10-15 mins.
