Spiced pear and raspberry pie

This tasty dessert is very simple to make. It can make for a light treat on a sunny afternoon.
1 pear
60g raspberries
½ tsp of ground cardamom
60g of margarine
1tbslp honey
2tblsp orange juice
4 sheets filo pastry
Vanilla ice cream
Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas 6
Cut each filo sheet into 4 even-sized squares and then brush each one lightly with some melted margarine. Layer the four filo squares on top of each other, overlapping them so that they form a star shape.
Core and thinly slice the pear. Arrange the pear and raspberry into the centre of each filo pastry and crinkle up the edges of the pastry cases to make little pies.
Mix the honey and orange juice together and brush over the fruit. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
Serve hot with a scoop of Vanilla ice cream
