Brownie pizza

Pretty and super tasty!

125g dark chocolate

125g butter

200g brown sugar

75g flour

3 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

For the decoration

100g chocolate, chopped

100g cream

Mixed chocolate candies and bars: Crunchie, M&Ms, Smarties, cookies, etc..., chopped

Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a 22cm springform tin.
Melt the chocolate and butter together in a sauce pan over a low heat. Take off the heat and stir in the sugar. Wait a couple of minutes for the mixture to cool down and add the eggs, one by one, and the vanilla extract. Add the flour and combine, then pour into prepared tin. Bake for 20 minutes. 
Meanwhile, make the ganache. Heat the cream, then pour over the chopped chocolate and let sit for five minutes. Then whisk until the ganache is smooth and glossy. 
When the brownies are cooked and cooled down, spread the ganache, leaving out about one inch uncovered on the edge. Top with the chocolate candies and bars and serve.
