John Carter is set to be one of the biggest blockbusters of 2012 and judging by the trailer, it's going to be a fantastic movie filled with action-packed adventure (and a very handsome man for some eye candy!).

Uma Thurman has announced that she is expecting her third child. The Kill Bill star is expecting with her boyfriend Arpad Busson and it is the couple’s first child together.

 

The 41-year-old actress already has two children with ex-husband Ethan Hawke – Maya (13) and Levon (10).

 

Thurman began dating, Busson, a London-based financier, in 2007, however they split in November 2009. They were pictured together again at the Marc Jacobs Spring/Summer fashion show in Paris and appeared to have reunited.

 

Busson also has two children with former girlfriend Australian supermodel Elle Macpherson.

 

It seems to be more and more common for celebrities to have babies in their 40’s. Marcia Cross, Nicole Kidman, Mariah Carey and Halle Berry all had children in their early 40’s. Did you have a baby past 40? Did you find it more difficult than giving birth at a younger age?

Brilliant news for Guiliana and Bill Rancic who have announced they are expecting a baby by gestational surrogate.

 

The 37 year old reality TV star and E! News host has had a really rough road the last year or two as she dealt with infertility issues, a miscarriage and her recent diagnosis of breast cancer.

 

She says: “We are so thrilled that our prayers have been answered, we are absolutely ecstatic to be sharing this with everyone who has been following our journey.”

 

The baby is due at the end of the summer, and although they know the sex of the child they are keeping it secret. Having fought bravely against her cancer diagnosis, Giuliana had a double mastectomy in December, and bounced back what seemed like instantly. She seems to be made of pretty strong stuff this lady.

 

They seem like such a lovely couple and well deserving of this good luck.

Alanis Morissette recently told YOU magazine about how she suffered from Post Natal Depression after having her son Ever in 2010.

 

She told the magazine:
"The degree and intensity of my post-natal depression shocked me. I am predisposed to depression, but what surprised me this time was the physical pain. I hadn't realised the depths to which you can ache - limbs, back, torso, head, everything hurt - and it went on for 15 months. I felt as if I was covered in tar and everything took 50 times more effort than normal.

"I wished I could have cried but there was no relief during that time; my version of depression is almost below crying where there is just despondency... I had various therapies and now I feel all light and springy. Thankfully, it didn't interfere with the bond with my son, although I think that has strengthened since I got better in April."

Uma Thurman has finally announced the name of her baby girl. Her daughter, who is now three months old, has been named Rosalind Arusha Arkadina Altalune Florence Thurman-Busson... or Luna to friends. It’s a bit of a mouthful!

 

Uma and her partner Arpad Busson revealed the name to People magazine. According to Gabrielle Kachman, the actresses’ representative, “Each name has a special reason and meaning to her mother and father”.

 

The couple welcomed Luna on July 15th. She is the third child for the Kill Bill star, who is 42. She also has two other children, Maya, 13, and Levon, 10, with her ex-husband Ethan Hawke. Arpad, a 49 year old financier, also has two sons from his relationship with model Elle Macpherson – Arpad Flynn Alexander, 14, and Aurelius Cy Andrea, nine.

Peaches Geldof is pregnant with her second child.

 

She has announced that she is 3 and a half months pregnant with a baby boy and she has already revealed what she wants to call the baby – Phaedra.

 

Peaches had her first baby, Astala, just six months ago with her husband Tom Cohen. She says the second pregnancy has come as ‘quite a shock’ and told Hello! magazine “'I did have a momentary panic and go, 'Oh my God, we're going to have a one-year-old and a one-month-old! How will we cope?”

Sarah Michelle Gellar has given birth to a baby boy.

 

Sarah and her husband Freddie Prinze Jr announced the name of their son…

“Rocky James Prinze”

 

The couple’s rep stated “they are thrilled” adding “mother and baby are doing great.”

 

This is the second child for the couple, who already have a little girl Charlotte Grace.
