Beyonce shows off her post-pregnancy curves

While most of us were in baggy hoodies and stretchy pants one month after giving birth, Beyonce took a slightly different route and showed off her curvy body in this stunning red dress at Carnegie Hall in New York.
Doesn’t she look amazing?! Plenty of enviable curves but zero sign of lumps and bumps (we need to get our hands on those Spanx asap!)
The pop star, who gave birth to her first child Blue Ivy Carter on Januray 7th, posed confidently wearing an Alice Temperley cocktail dress, Alexander McQueen clutch bag and Christian Louboutin heels. She was attending her husband’s, rapper Jay-Z’s, performance at Carnegie Hall to benefit United Way of New York City and The Shawn Carter Scholarship Foundation.
Did it take you long to shed the baby weight after giving birth? It defo took us more than a month! Do you have any tips on how to lose weight after having a baby?

Preschooler wetting himself

Hi,
I was wondering could anybody please help/advise me! I have a 3 1/2 year old little boy who is potty trained over a year now but he has started to wet himself again during the day. It's almost as if he is too wrapped up in what he is doing at the time to go to the loo.
At this stage I'm at my witts end I've tried everything I can think of. Reward charts, reminding him to go to the loo. treat for him if he hasn't wet himself when I collect him from his creche (2 hours each morn). Not letting him wear any pants in the house if he has wet the previous pair. I have twin daughters a year older than him & never had this problem with them. Is it normal with boys to regress?

They usually say wait a year before going to see your GP, but it's really up to you. I found it very difficult to get pregnant with all my pregnancies. First of all I bought a load of cheap ovulation tests & pregnancy tests from e bay, they are great. Then I also bought pre seed also on e bay & that helped with my 2nd & 3rd pregnancies. Don't forget to take care of yourself. Pregnacare is a great all round pre & pregnancy vitamin it also has folic acid which is recommended you take for about 14 weeks pre conception. Some pharmacies sell male fertility tests check out McCabes pharmacy online. HTH & best of luck
