Artichoke and spinach dip

Artichoke and spinach dip
A warm creamy dip with a fantastic texture. 
 

225g cream cheese, softened

4 tbsp mayonnaise

4 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

4 tbsp grated white cheddar cheese

1 clove garlic, peeled and finely chopped

½ tsp dried basil

¼ tsp garlic salt or granules

400g tin artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

75g frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

4 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese

Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F / Gas mark 4.

Lightly grease a small baking dish.

In a medium bowl, mix everything together well aside from the mozzarella cheese.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.

Top with the mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned.

Serve with crudité, breads or crackers.
