Baked broccoli chips
No one will turn their noses up at these tasty brocoli chips.

2 heads of broccoli

115g breadcrumbs

2 eggs

Splash of milk

2 tsp salt

2 tsp cayenne pepper

2 tsp paprika

2 tsp chilli powder

Preheat oven to 220°C or gas mark 7. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Wash your broccoli and cut the stems into coin shapes. Leave the rest aside and use it in another recipe.

In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs with the salt, pepper, paprika and chilli.

In another bowl, beat your eggs together.

Coat your broccoli with the eggs before dipping them into the breadcrumb mix.

Line them on to the baking tray before placing in the oven for about 10 minutes or until they are golden and crispy.
