Banana and chocolate crêpe

A delicious after school treat for your children.
30g salted butter melted
150g plain flour
325ml whole milk
1 large egg
4-5 medium size ripe bananas
1 tbsp of Nutella per crêpe
Chopped nuts (optional)
Using an electric mixer, beat together the butter, flour, milk and eggs to form a batter.
Heat olive oil or butter in a large frying pan.
Swirl the oil around the pan to coat the base.
Using a ladle, pour some of the mixture into the pan and coat the base entirely to get that crêpe consistency.
When the bottom is golden brown, flip and cook the other side.
Continue until the batter is gone.
Place the chopped banana, nuts (if using) and Nutella into a crêpe, wrap up and devour.
