Banana biscuits

Perfect lunchbox treats for your kids and a great way to use up any overripe bananas.
125g butter, room temperature
150g caster sugar
3 bananas, mashed
1 tsp honey
100g porridge oats
Handful raisins
180g flour
Preheat oven to 220°C/ 425°F/ gas mark 7. Line baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix the butter and sugar together. You can use a hand held blender for this if you have one.
Combine until creamy. Add in the mashed bananas and honey.
Sift in the flour and combine.
Spoon in the oats and raisins.
Place a tablespoon of the mix and place it on the baking tray. Do this until all the mixture is used up.
Place in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden.
