Black bean dip
This dip can be served with tortilla chips or used as a sauce in a burrito.

50g corn

1 tin black beans, rinsed and drained

½ onion, minced

1 clove of garlic, minced

1 green chilli, sliced

1 tsp lime juice

½ tsp hot sauce

1 tsp chilli powder

1/2 t. cumin

1/2 t. kosher salt, more to taste

1 tsp salsa

Tortilla chips, to serve

Cook the corn in a small saucepan of water on a medium temperature for about 10 minutes.

While the corn is cooking, blend the black beans, half the onion, garlic, chilli, lime juice, hot sauce, chilli powder and cumin. Process to your desired consistency.

Spoon the mix into a bowl, season with salt.

Combine with the salsa, the rest of the onion and the corn

Serve with tortilla chips.
