These twists are great for dipping.
300g cheese, grated
4 sheets puff pastry,
1 egg, lightly beaten
30ml milk
Pre-heat oven to 180°C/ gas mark 4.
In a bowl, combine the milk and egg and lightly brush over one side of all four pastry sheets.
Sprinkle cheese over 2 sheets and cover with the other 2. Press together flat.
Cut into 8 strips and twist into shape.
Brush with egg and place in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden.
Serve with a variety of dips.
