Chocolate and berry mousse pots
These chocolate and fruit mousse pots are divine and best of all they're low in fat. With only 159 calories per serving you won't have to feel guilty if you help yourself to seconds.  

75g dark chocolate, 70% grated

4 tbsp low-fat yogurt

2 large egg whites

2 tsp caster sugar

350g berries (strawberries and raspberries are particularly good)

Melt the chocolate in a pyrex bowl over a pan of simmering water.

Once melted, leave aside to cool for 5-10 mins, then mix in the yogurt. 

Using a whisk, beat the egg whites until stiff and then whisk in the sugar and continue until stiff again.

Gently fold the whites into the chocolate mix.

Put berries into small ramekins dishes or glasses and pour over the mousse.

Garnish with a strawberry and a sprig of mint. Place in the fridge to set for an hour or so.
