A lovely dessert to delight the entire family.
500g frozen fruits of choice
350g fresh cookie dough
Preheat the oven to 220°C / 425°F / Gas mark 7.
Tip the frozen fruit into a shallow baking dish and scatter torn pieces of the fresh dough to cover the fruit.
Bake for 20 minutes until crisp and golden and serve with cream, ice cream or custard.
