Dragon fruit smoothie

Dragon fruit smoothie
Nutritious smoothie which will provide a healthy dose of vitamins and minerals.

1 large dragon fruit, peeled and chopped (keep slices aside for garnish)

5 large strawberries, hulled and chopped

1 banana, chopped

100ml natural yoghurt

1 tbsp honey

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into a glass and garnish with a slice of dragon fruit.
